How Does Medical Travel Work?

Step 1 - Contact & Consult
Upon receiving your inquiry, our dedicated sales team will promptly get in touch to provide detailed information about the procedure and pricing plans.
For customers in Singapore or HCMC, we can schedule an in-person consultation to discuss your needs and beauty goals. Otherwise, the consultation will be conducted online for your convenience. Together with our panel of accredited plastic surgeons in Vietnam, we will develop a personalized treatment plan tailored to achieve your desired results. Our operations team will assist in scheduling appointments, as well as arrange accommodation and transportation services.

Step 2 - Flying To Vietnam
First Day: You will fly to Ho Chi Minh City on your scheduled flight. Once you arrive at Tan Son Nhat International Airport, our dedicated driver and/or local medical travel facilitator will meet and greet you at the airport. You will be transported to the hospital or hotel to rest depending on the timing of your arrival.
First - Second Day: At the hospital, you will undergo a physical examination and a consultation with our surgeon to finalize your treatment plan. Pre-operative tests will also be conducted to ensure your readiness for surgery.

Step 3 - Surgery
First - Second - Third Day: Once the results of your pre-op tests are available and reviewed by the doctor, you will proceed with your surgery. Depending on the complexity of the surgical procedure, you may be required to stay 1-2 nights at the hospital or be able to return to hotel after several hours of rest at the hospital.
After being cleared for discharge by the hospital, our team will transport you back to your hotel. Upon arrival, our nurse and/or facilitator will assist you in getting settled and ensure that you receive the necessary care and instructions for your recovery.

Step 4 - Post-Surgery
Third - 6th Day: Free and easy! You can rest in your hotel or go site-seeing depending on your condition. Our aftercare team will visit you regularly to monitor your progress, check on your surgical site and change your dressing, as well as assist with any medical needs. You may also be required to visit our clinic or hospital for follow-up checks and care as required.
6th - 7th Day Onwards: Before your scheduled return flight, you will have a final review with the surgeon to ensure everything is progressing well. Our limousine driver will then take you to the airport for your outbound flight. We will stay in regular contact to monitor your recovery and help ensure the best possible outcome.

I did breast augmentation and eye combo opening with R&R. My overall experience was smooth and I was really well taken care of. All procedures were explained clearly to me and this is important as you want to know how is the process going to be like. The nurses also took care of me very well after first day of surgery.
